Amazon’s first “Amazon One” aircraft flew in the skies in 2016. It was a significant achievement in the development of cargo service that helped amazon to deliver customer packages in a short interval of time globally to keep up its commitment to the customers.
During the past two years, amazon is still facing the pandemic and in these two years, amazon added more aircraft to its aircraft fleet. Now the total number of aircraft is more than 110.
Amazon bought 10 more airbuses A330-300S from Ataviar in their aircraft fleet on lease in 2022.
The A330s is the first passenger-to-cargo conversion in the US and it will also be the newest and largest aircraft that will take passengers and cargo with each flight.
Hawaiian Airlines are their partner that will maintain and operate aircraft for amazon. You will see these birds in the skies in the next year 2023. Next year the amazon birds take their first flight in the sky.
